Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you use the Astroblocks website and download the free Astroblocks library, why it is collected, and what rights you have. Astroblocks is operated by a sole trader based in Poland (EU), so this policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is:

2. What data is collected and why

Only the data needed to run and secure the site is collected:

• Contact form data. If you send a message, your name, email address and message are processed so the controller can reply. Sending the form is optional.
• Technical data. Like any website, the hosting provider may log basic technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type) to serve pages and keep the site secure. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Legal basis for processing

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – when you voluntarily send a contact message.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – to operate, secure and improve the site.

4. Who your data is shared with

Your data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the service:

• Hosting provider – to serve the website.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long data is kept

• Contact messages — only as long as needed to answer and handle the conversation.
• Technical logs — according to the hosting provider’s security and retention settings.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and get a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
