Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you use the Astroblocks website and buy the Astroblocks block kit, why it is collected, and what rights you have. Astroblocks is operated by a sole trader based in Poland (EU), so this policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is:
Grafitekt Paweł Rudkoul. Aktorów 1/80
31-356 Kraków, Poland
Tax ID (NIP): 8652007297
Email: pawel.rudko@icloud.com
For any question about this policy or your data, emailpawel.rudko@icloud.com. There is no separate Data Protection Officer; requests are handled directly by the controller.
2. What data is collected and why
Only the data needed to run the site and sell the product is collected:
- Newsletter email. If you enter your email in the “Stay in the loop” form, your email address is stored so you can be notified when new blocks are added. This is optional and based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Purchase & billing data. When you buy access, checkout and payment are handled by Gumroad (see section 3). To fulfil the order and issue an invoice, data such as your name, email, billing country and order details is processed.
- Technical data. Like any website, the hosting provider may log basic technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type) to serve pages and keep the site secure. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Payments (Gumroad)
Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as theMerchant of Record for the sale. This means Gumroad is the seller on record, collects payment, and handles applicable sales tax/VAT. Your payment card details are entered on Gumroad’s secure checkout and are never stored on this site. Gumroad processes your data under its own privacy policy, available atgumroad.com/privacy.
Access to Astroblocks is a one-time purchase of $69 (no subscription). After purchase you receive the block package as a downloadable ZIP file. When new blocks are added, the ZIP is updated and remains available to existing buyers.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – for sending you the newsletter.
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – to deliver the product you bought.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) – to keep accounting and tax records.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – to operate, secure and improve the site.
5. Who your data is shared with
Your data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the service:
- Gumroad – checkout, payments and invoicing (Merchant of Record).
- Hosting provider – to serve the website.
- Where required, tax authorities and accounting, to meet legal obligations.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long data is kept
- Newsletter email – until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
- Purchase and invoice records – for as long as required by Polish tax law (generally 5 years).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter);
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
To exercise any of these rights, email pawel.rudko@icloud.com.
8. Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set during checkout are managed by Gumroad and are necessary to complete your purchase.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the “Last updated” date above reflecting the latest change.
